The cellar.
As you browse through our Wine List, you will find more than just a list of the labels stored in our cellar. You will discover snippets of information on their origins and the various cultivation and vinification zones of the most important Italian and international wines.
The wines on the list are not accompanied by the vintage simply to avoid the need to correct the list constantly. Consequently all the labels are available while stocks last.
We will do our utmost to guide you in the choice of the wine you wish to taste, indicating all the vintages available. This service is offered to satisfy the desires of those approaching wine and who wish to taste something they are not familiar with, fundamentally appreciating the price-quality of both famous and lesser-known winemakers. Making wine is a difficult task, making good wine even more so, but above all, it requires complete capability and the ambition to dominate all the production factors within man’s control, which obviously do not include the weather conditions.
Paolo and Sara attentively choose the wines, naturally in compliance with their own tastes, and enjoy proposing a wide selection of bottles by small local producers, perhaps less known and less recognised than the big names, but with the same quality. Approximately 600 labels with the emphasis on Dolcetto, Barbera and all the other local grape varieties, progressing through the wines made in the Langhe and throughout Italy, with a small corner devoted to international wines. |
